THE WORKING PRINCIPLE OF PFW SERIES EURO-STYLE IMPACT CRUSHERS:

Impact crushers use impact energy to crushing material driven by motor.When impact crushers work,under the drive of the motor,the rotor does high-speed rotation,materials into the hammer bar working area,making the materials broken by the high-speed impact function.Then the crushed materials are thrown to the impact device to crush again.After that,they are rebounded from the impact liner to the working area of the hammer bar to be crushed again. The materials are crushed from big-size to small-size in the impact cavity repeatedly. The process goes on until the materials are crushed to the required size and then discharged from discharge gate.
