JS SERIES BATCHING PLANT CONCRETE MIXER FAULTS AND ELIMINATION METHODS

To cause the stirring shaft stop running or turn slowly, the reasons as below:

1. An overload
Stirring shaft more than normal working load, can make the stirring shaft rotation is slow, if the load is too large, stirring shaft will lead to a halt. If overload caused by stirring shaft stalling, the need to adjust the feed rate, discharge excess material, reduce the stirring shaft rotating load, make it work.

2.Mixing blades or side blade between the mixer tank wall and have objects
It can also lead to a halt, and can deposit objects, is due to the mixing blades or side blade and tank wall space is too large. Catching objects, in front of the stirring shaft a halt tend to have a shrill, appear this kind of failure, need to stop the machine immediately to check, artificial remove foreign bodies, and readjust the mixing blade or side of the gap between blade and tank wall.

3.The motor belt too loose
If the motor belt too loose, will lead to a transfer of power is insufficient, even smaller load may cause the stirring shaft a halt. If the stirring shaft a halt caused by the belt too loose, need to stop, and then adjust the tensioning device, tighten belt.
4.The JS twin shaft mixer have sound

Mixing bowl produce shrill sound, usually due to the blade or the scraper and the tank wall between the foreign body and the tank wall friction caused by noise. There are foreign bodies will aggravate the friction when mixing, stirring shaft running. At this point, the need to stop the foreign bodies, and then adjust the blade, scraper and wall according to the requirement of gap.

5.The reducer noise 
Reducer internal noise is serious for two reasons, one is reducer, foreign body in it because of the collision or friction noise; Second, bearing damage, rotates due to joint friction noise.In the working process of the mixer, reducer is a foreign body once fall into, will affect the normal work of the speed reducer, great harm on the internal gear reducer parts. Serious when can cause parts damaged or destroyed. Reducer, foreign body in it need to overhaul downtime, removal, repair or replacement of damaged parts. If the bearing damage, the junction growing friction, bearing games affected and generate a lot of noise. At this point, the noise is often a periodic, because the bearing is rotating at a constant speed, when transferred to the damage can produce noise, so the noise when a certain frequency. If the bearing damage, need to change the new bearing.

6.The reduce with high speed temperature
Reducer temperature is high, the general is due to the bearing load increase, friction intensified, have caused a lot of heat. The main reason is the oil viscosity is too high or too low.
Lubricating oil viscosity too high or too low are likely to increase the reducer operation load. Oil of high viscosity, poor liquidity, increase operation load, will produce a significant portion of the heat, reduce temperature rise; Instead, the oil viscosity is too low, the lubrication effect is reduced, increased the friction components at runtime, to overcome the friction reducer runtime to do work, also will produce a significant portion of the quantity of heat, reduce the temperature to rise. If is the oil viscosity is not appropriate, will change with the new oil viscosity level appropriate.

7.The mixer two shaft end temperature too high
Agitation tank two shaft end temperature too high is usually caused by friction shaft end sharp. The reasons of shaft end temperature is the insufficient bearing damage or oil. The inside of JS mixer bearing damage is one of the causes of the shaft end temperature is too high. If a stirring shaft work under high load for a long time, is bound to cause bearing wear or damage. Once the bearing damage, growing friction between shaft and bearing, will cause the shaft end temperature is too high. 

8.Shaft end slurry leakage 
Shaft end slurry leakage is driven by damage of floating seal. Mixer shaft end are stress concentration parts, parts in the high strength stress under the action of its service life will be greatly reduced. Therefore, to timely to maintenance of shaft end parts, replace the seal. If the shaft end slurry leakage, must be timely replacement of new floating seal.
